Updated: 9/26/23 I received a call and a fairly quick refund on the over charges. I was told it was a software issue and they thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I’m satisfied with the response and refund. So I’m updating the review stars. Again, still a good chiropractor service. And I’m glad they are fixing any software issues in billing now. Original review: 9/22/23 The service and folks working were fine. And I was happy with the multiple locations. However, I stopped my monthly service two months ago in July. I went and signed a piece of paper. (They told me I could not cancel over the phone) And yet after all this work they have now automatically charged me two months in a row AFTER i signed to have my account canceled. I have to call them again today to have the charges reversed. After doing a little research this seems to be a common problem with The joint at different locations. They are fine chiropractics just be sure to watch your statements after you stop service.

Came into the clinic Friday and front desk Jessalina was very welcoming and informative really appreciated her taking time out of her day to explain more about memberships to me. I seen Dr. Bryan he did wonders on my back and neck! I will definitely be back.

I started coming to the joint after I was told that it would help me feel better. It soon became an easy self care to get cracked and close to work. I come after work or on the weekends easily 4x a month with the monthly plan. If you were to come more than your plan there’s a small fee which I personally don’t mind due to stress and stiffness. If you are on the heavier side, Dr Bryan makes sure that you leave feeling better and with more movement. Staff is friendly and inviting. Parking is simple even though it’s in a plaza. Recommend checking them out!

Got adjusted by Dr. McCune today, he's got a firm and experienced hand. Left feeling great! The other docs here are also very good. The quality of the docs at this location seem to be more stable than at some of the other locations, that's why i like to come here. Staff also always really friendly! There's also good restaurants nearby to eat at afterwards :)

I brought my sister in because she was experiencing back pain and neck pain. Front desk staff was amazing she walked us through the whole process and answered all questions we had especially because she was scared as it’s her first time. She seen Dr. Lam and he was amazing and she is now feeling great! Thank you all for your patience

First time here at the Joint and I had a great first experience. I felt so much better immediately after the session. I ended up signing up for a 2 month membership. The lady at the front desk was very nice and referred to who she believed would be the best fit for me. Very excited to go back!

I've been a patient at the joint for about a year. The adjustments that I have been getting from Dr Bryan and Dr Greene have help me with my lower back. There prices are very affordable which allows patients to get treatment at a low cost.

Amazing clinic. Affordable and they tend to all your needs. I have recommended it to friends and family. Everyone should try it if they need adjustments. Dr. Bryan is one of the best chiropractors. Highly recommend seeing him. Staff is wonderful. Friendly and caring. The Joint on Brokaw has the best chiropractors!
